Predictions
  Well as we have all found out by now WOTC is realeasing a game based around Marvel. You can see the press realease here somewhere. Anyways I have made several predictions about what the game will be like. You can see them all below.

AND NO! I HAVE NO OFFICIAL INFORMATION ON THE GAME. THIS IS ALL JUST OUTTA MY HEAD.

 

  • The Characters will look something similar to Magic characters, just y'know cooler. I have made a mock-card for Wolverine.

  • The Game will two seperate decks to play with. Something like Legend of the Five Rings.
  • I think this game is going to be big. I mean massive. A large crowd should be attracted to the game. All the Magic players out there will probaly find it hard to resist the new game. I mean they play magic come on they'll buy anything. (j/kj/kj/k ;P )
  • The Game will go all C-23 on us, once realeased it will immediatly flop and cost lotsa money to produce yet nobody will play it. Insanely frustrated Wizards create a Marvel Based M:TG expansion.
  • Marvel will change the name of Overpower to Oversour. Another way to keep us interested in Overpower. But also a way to say 'We are never making another damned card yet you fools will still play because we never officially annouce it mwmahahhahahahahaahha'.
  • Jon Land (Jonslaught). Will get to playtest the game. Afterwards he will lay down some verbal smack and the Wizards staff will be left in tears. Pulling the game out of production the next day.
  • The backs of the cards will contain advertisments from companies involved with WOTC. The Nike cards will be harder to get, while the Wal-Mart cards will be common. Collect the whole Corporate sector.
