 Paradiddle feet a "how to guide"

All the info here is on this site already,but this time I have printed out a version for you to work with.
 
This set of exercises deals with just 16th notes,it will give you a clear example of how to work with an ostinato work though each set then mix them up and see what you can pull off. 
,,,,,ok lets get on with it  :)

Here are the main set you have to crack these before moving on to the rest.
You may have noticed all the other sets are made of the notes within this first set.
 
I call them a primary group
 
Work on each set as if reading a 2 page book...
 left page then right eg in the first set 16th 8th  4  then the other divisions ......  I forgot to number them!!!  :)
