BIOGRAPHY: Delfina sew the first Filipino flag with Marcella Agoncillo and Lorenza Agoncillo(Marcela's daughter)in 535 Morison Hill Wanchai Hongkong,Agoncillo home in May 12,1898;designed by Gen.
