Mission Statement

My mission is to create an environment where students feel safe to take risks, strive to be self-directed, and aspire to be life-long learners. By using different modalities of instruction, including technology, I can instill a love for learning. Students are just beginning their academic journey and through encouragement and support, it is my wish they will believe in themselves and their abilities, just as I do.

I must, because, I own a special place

on this universe

and, will not allow anyone to define my limits

and enclose my boundaries.

I will succeed because I can overcome any obstacle

by using my mind, body, and intellect

to crawl under, walk around, or climb over

those things which hinder me because

I can, I must, I will be successful
