After alot of thought, and lots of use, ICQ Color Picker has grown on me. At first look, the interface caught me. Then, I used it more and realized that this app is much better than I thought.

• Nice, clean interface
• Logs to INI files
• Can change ICQ type colors to *any* color
• ICQ can be launched from it
• Easy to use and learn
• Small and quick (not alot of memory used)
• Command line variables
• Orange Soda (really quite nice) color preset
• Multiple languages
• Color presets can be saved / loaded
• Has nice icons
• Also can change fonts / font style
• Constantly updates
