Basic design for a little girls party dress. Fitted bodice with a round jewel neckline, small puffed sleeves, skirt in four versions.
Fabric, colors, and lengths have changed over the years, but the basic bodice and sleeve design for little girls dresses hasn't changed in over 100 years! That 1990's repro vintage looks just about the same as it did in 1890. This basic design can also be used for Betsy's school dress, just change the fabric to a cute plaid or print.
