The Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) has implemented the National Entry-Exit Registration System (NSEERS) under which nonimmigrants to the US who meet certain criteria are required to appear before an INS officer to register. The deadline for the fourth stage, affecting citizens/nationals of Bangladesh, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, or Kuwait, has likewise been extended to April 25 instead of March 28.
