Well, the 2008 old bird season has ended. SCO had a good season in the combine again this series, winning 6 Combine races.
Frank won 2 races, Merl, Tommy, LJ and Dirk each won 1 Combine race. Tommy Axson won B average speed and overall average speed
in the combine.
LJ won a total of 5 club races, Frank won 4, Merl and Tommy each won 2. Mike, Dirk and Tim each won 1 race. Merl was 1st
A race average speed while Tommy was B and Overall average speed. Frank had the A race champion bird, Tommy had the B race
champion bird and Merl had the overall champion bird. Merl was A race champion loft, LJ was B race champion loft and Tommy
was overall Champion loft.
All in all it was a good season we had 1 race canceled after being shipped due to rain. On the 500 Merl, Tommy, LJ and
Richard had a combined 6 day birds on the A race and Tommy and LJ each had a day bird on the B race.
