Other Color Teds

(Mostly grays--They just didn't fit anywhere else)

This lovely golden sparkly ted is by Russ and appropriately named"Shimmers" . His little matching friend came in my Christmas stocking.

This  stunning little bear, about 4 inches tall, was a 1999 Christmas Novelty at Target. These bears came in Pink, Silver, Purple and Blue and have 99 embroidered in silver on their chests. They came in a little box with fancy foil-wrapped candy and a big sparkly ribbon. Great little gifts.

This is Ralph, an ebay purchase I got to replace one just like him that I sold and regretted selling. He is a really neat pepper-and-salt color and has moss-green pads.

Avanti "Grey-Beige" Teddy

Not quite grey, not quite beige. A real prize, and very, very hard to find and win on ebay. Mine is my original, received as a Christmas present in the 80's. He is a rather flat teddy, with a big domed head. But he is very soft and has a lovely airbrushed detailing on his face. I am still looking for the larger, gold version of this teddy.

Ben E. Bear

Ben E. is one of those that made me laugh and had to come home with me. He currently resides in my office, swinging on the swingarm lamp. He is a baby grizzly bear from Target Stores' Discovery Channel series. he has a great detailed face, with open mouth, a little row of teeth, and a nice vinyl nose. He also has vinyl claws and pawpads.

Burg N. D.

Burg is a handsome and fun cuddly Target bear with a very cartoony face. It is hard to see his color, but he is  a rich brownish purple, kind of a burgundy or plum color. He matches a chair in my living room and my husband thought he would look good in this chair.

Jake

A  big, cuddly bear form TJ Maxx. He also matches our living room and currently resides there. Here he is at my office and is wearing the weight from a birthday balloon around his neck. It is blue plastic and shaped like, what else--a teddy bear.

The Army O' Itty Bitties

These wonderful Miniature bears I decided to include all together in group photo. They are "Bear Stone" keychains(I removed the keyrings)by Future Sales, Greensboro, NC,27407. Each one has a tiny pretend birthstone on a gold chain around its neck, and on its tag there is information about the stone.

Top Row: Opal (Oct), Aquamarine (March),Peridot (August), Diamond (April) and Zirconia (a double)

Bottom Row: Emerald (May), Topaz (November?),Ruby(July), Topaz Blue (December), and Garnet (January)

These were only $1 each at Family Dollar Store!
