Dick Hooper started his banking career in 1973 as a real estate loan officer.  During the next 12 years he was involved with commercial leasing, interim construction lending and commercial business lending.  For the past 15 years he has been a senior workout and restructuring specialist for two major national banks.  Dick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern State University and is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University, Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington and numerous other professional courses.

Marcia Frey has spent over 25 years in commercial banking, working in all aspects of operations and lending.  Starting in operations she worked for several years as a loan officer lending to small business and consumers, as well as credit analysis functions.  For nine years she was the senior administrative officer for the workout department of a major national bank responsible for documentation, collateral and customer interface for operations issues.  She holds an AA degree from Shasta College and has successfully completed numerous other professional courses.
