Old Fashioned Chicken and Biscuits Crock Pot Style...
4 chicken breast halfs
1 can cream of chicken soup
(low fat is fine)
1 can cream of onion soup
One bag of frozen vegies (I have used mixed and others, works fine. I
have also used fresh string beans/carrots, works nice too)
1 tbs. cornstach
Generous pinch of poultry seasoning, pepper,
onion powder, salt
Grands refrig. biscuits
Cut chix up into chunks, layer vegies first, chix, seasoning
and top with soup/corn starch mixture. Cook on low for about 5-6 hours. Use the grands biscuits and "pinch" off bits and drop
right on top of the chicken. I use all the biscuits except for two in the package. Cover and cook an additional 1/2 hour.
Tastes just like chicken and biscuits!
