Our best moose "hunting" to date!
This was one big mama right beside the road.
This is the real reason moose show up on our roadsides -
they love the salts that collect in the mud..
Mama was pretty protective of her baby.
When we stopped right in front of Mama, she was not happy!
When baby decided she wanted to cross the road,
(on a blind corner, no less) we left.
