Announcement of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners and the reading of the 1st place Winners if they are in attendance)
~Presentation of the Edwin M. Eakin Memorial Book Publication Award
An Open Mic Reading Session will be held immediately after the program.

Hotel Reservations
These should be made directly with the Crowne Plaza Suites. Mention that you are with PST for the room rate of $89.00 + tax, which includes a generous Continental breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant, Cafe Barritz.
Banquet Reservations
These should be made by filling in the requested information below, and sending the form along with the $28 fee (made payable to PST) to Pat Randolph, 9898 Hollow Way, Dallas TX 75220 by November 4th. Your paid registration guarantees that a name badge, assuring your admission, will be available when you arrive. (No reservation forms will be honored without payment included.)
Banquet antendees are eligible for a door prize graciously donated by Valerie Moreland, the Corporate Catering Manager of the Crowne Plaza Suites
