I have always had too many hobbies. Here you'll see pictures of some of them. Right now my primary hobby is 60's slot car collecting, but I do love and race 1/24 scale cars at comercial tracks, 1/32 scale classic cars at home now, Radio control everything, and others. As alway, E-me if you have any questions. Here are most of my 1/24 scale hard bodyed slot cars. These are my favorite slot cars. Here are my vintage 1/24 scale lexan bodyed slot cars. They all have that cool 60's pesonality to them.
These are the few vintage 1/24 scale slot cars that I have that are still in the box. Here are my racing R/C land vehicles, a Tamiya Nissan GTP, one of the first Team Associated RC10s, a Royal Hyperspeed motorcycle, and the Kyosho Target Scotch Indy Car
This is a 1/12 scale Tamiya Honda F1 car from around 1967. It is the origional kit and made professionaly back in the 60's and is also motorized and has working steering, coil overs, and suspension!
This is a picture of my Kyosho Target/Scotch indy car at a R/C race in Hilliard, Oh. back in 1995. I took 3rd in my class on a wet track. At the time I was 14 years old. These pictures are of my 1/24 scale parma slot car. I am happy to say I won the concourse with my 1964 Cheetah, but I did not fair too well in the big vintage race we had. An ill handling chassis was the cause.
When I said I had too many hobbies that basicaly ment I still have all of my toys. These two pictures are of my bedroom.
This is a picture of my N guage train layout that I built in the winter of '95.
I have only ever raced in about 5 radio control races ever and this is a picture from the only one I ever won. It was somewhere in southern Ohio at an indoor oval carpet track. I was racing my Tamiya Nissan GTP car against 1/10 scale Nascars. There is nothing like showing stupid Nascars how it's done. |
