Wus Hunyuan Gong

Master Weizhao Wu has created "Wu's Hunyuan Gong".

Wu's Hunyuan Gong includes a system of Qi Gong and Tai Chi Qi Gong styles that unify various kinds of universal qi with the practitioner's internal qi.

Over the last 60 years Master Wu has learned from many masters in the disciplines of Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Kung Fu, Swimming, Gymnastics, Weight Lifting, Body Building and Western Fencing. From this vast exposure, Master Wu has gained special insight into the workings of the human body and its ability to heal itself.

Master Wu combined this knowledge with ancient wisdom. He then went a step further by applying scientific findings to his practice, creating an effective self-healing method.

Master Wus Qi Gong is unique and easy to learn. It is effective in increasing energy quickly and is safe to practice for both men and women of all ages. It fosters total harmony by building the body physically and balancing the energy within.
