Between me and Wayne, we must have made 20 or more calls to these stupid people.  We called the 800 number several times to see why our pictures didn't come in, and all they could tell us was that they should be there or that they were there already.  We called some more, and they finally decided maybe they would try looking us up under my name instead of by the stupid fucking batch number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and told us our order had been canceled.

Now, we can't imagine why and they didn't know who or why.  We called the store and the stupid girl told us only the girl who took our picture could cancel the order (a lie) and she couldn't help us (another lie) except to contact the district manager and put a rush on our reorder (which we had already done).

We called the 800 number again and I asked how long a rush would take, that took another three calls to get an answer for -- three weeks.  It took three weeks for a regular order, I asked how they could possibly call it a rush when it took the same amount of time for a regular order.  They said "oh no, a regular order takes 4-6 weeks"  It did not.  Our pick up date was exactly 3 weeks from the day we took the pictures.

Wayne did the last call, to the district manager.  He told the DM how rude the girl at the store had been and how rotten the service was and how incompetent the service to find our missing pictures was.  The DM gave a free 99$ picture package.  I am happy with that, but now I wonder if the sitting fee is included.  I wanted those pictures for a father's day gift to the guys in the family.  I am unhappy with these people and I don't think we will ever go there to get pictures done again.
