Happy Father's Day!!
We went to my parent's house this morning to do laundry and go to church (the kids).  Wayne took Tabi and Kyle to a barbecue that his sister was having.  I didn't want to go and have to be around his family, so I didn't go.

My family went to Mom's after the kids had lunch and nap.  The kids swam and I did some exercises because I was feeling like I hadn't for awhile.  I did my stretches and then I ran around the yard a couple times.  I stepped on apricots from the tree so I told Mommy I was going to run around the block.  I made it almost to the corner and walked the rest of the way.  Wayne showed up at Mom's while I was gone.

He got a bad sunburn on his shoulders and his dad's wheelchair stopped on his ankle and scrapped the skin off.  Ouch!  I swam a couple of minutes after my walk and it felt good.

I feel helpless when I look at Mom's backyard.  I don't have the opportunity to get over there when I want.  Wayne has to drive me everywhere so I can only go where he feels like taking me.  I took this job with Gerid, doing his bookkeeping, so that's a little money, and I'm sure Mom would pay me for fixing her yard if I could get over there.  I wish I had my license already, I could go where I needed to without waiting for Wayne to be in the mood.
