Growing and cooking taro by Ray Grogan

Taro is a spectacular plant that is actually very easy to grow. Mostly this site will be about how to grow Chinese, or “bun long” taro for its leaves to eat.

There is also a little about growing for the roots, or corms, which are also good to eat.

And, of course, lots about how to cook. That is easy, too.
