I. What has the traditional explanation been, based on the
	 information given on the Moynihan Report and other
	 conventional reports, for the condition of the black family?
	 
	 
	 II. (A)  In an article by Furstenberg et al, what were the
	 trends among black families in Philadelphia between 1850 and
	 1880?  How did they compare with the white ethnic groups
