I cut the control horns out using a hacksaw and jigsaw. I then took the parts to my good friend Steve in
Geary, OK. Steve has a nice shop with all kinds of cool tools.
I then traced the pattern on the aluminum again, marked the 3/16 bolt holes with a punch, clamped the two
pieces together and drilled the holes.
We then bolted them together, and shaped them on a big belt sander with 80 grit paper. After the shaping
was done we drilled the holes for the weight reduction, and buffed them out.
