The person may request adoption information by contacting Judge Clinton W. Smith, 48 W. Third Street, Williamsport, PA 17701 stating there (their) reasons for the request and if he sees fit he will allow this office to furnish it. As of the last several years the natural parents are able to put a confidentiality statement in the adoption file. This office does not give information on adopitons only by Court Order.
