1. The court will release non-identifying information about adoptions as authorized by 23 Pa.C.S.A 2905 (b). There is no fee.
2. The adoptee and the birth parents may file a waive of confidentiality with the clerk of court as authorized by 23 Pa. C.S.A 2905 (d).
3. Assuming there is a valid waiver of confidentiality, information covered by the waiver will be released. See 23 Pa. C.S.A. 2905(d).
