Appetizers PICKLED PIGS FEET

Recipe Ingredients


5 pigs feet
two qt. jars
3 1/2-cups vinegar
2- tablespoon salt
2 little red hot peppers








Recipe Directions




in a large stainless steel pot cover pigs feet with water
boil pigs feet 1-1/2TO 2 HR. OR TILL FALL OFF THE BONE TENDER drain
rince pigs feet in hot water to remove exsess oil from feet
put 2 hot peppers in each jar
put pigs feet in qt. jars
mix salt vinegar
pour vinegar mixture over pigs feet to cover
refrigerate for at least 3 days to 1 week before eating
makes 2 qt.s
