Of Sister & Brother
Topic: Of Sun, Moon and Stars

He is as my brother

Brother to my soul
to my body, of my heart.
I am, his sister at morning
as he is my brother at dusk.
Light chasing shadows
soul beside soul
innate, embedded
side by side
as sheets of darkness
cast the midnight sky
the moonlight reflecting
the silvery glow
beading across the veils of clouds.

She is as my sister
Sister to my soul
to my body, of my heart.
I am, her brother in day
as she is my sister at night.
Shadows' hidden light
soul beside soul
embraced, intemperate
side by side
as shrouds of lightness
congregate the noonday sky
the sunlight beaming
a scattered prism
gathered within the illusion of rainbows.

He is, as my brother
as I, his sister
siblings of the soul and time
ever chasing, ever meeting,
never touching, never completing...
Soul of Soul
Heart of Heart
Body to Body
She is, as my sister
As I, her brother
siblings of never and ever
completing soul, touching soul,
meeting time, chasing time...
Soul to Soul
Heart to Heart
Body of Body
He is as the brother, I never had
She is as the sister, I ever had
...as hunter to hunted
...as day to night
...as darkness to light.

She is, as the sister I never had
He is, as the brother I ever had
...as prey to prey upon
...as night to day
...as lightness to dark.
Beating...beating...heart with heart
Dreaming...dreaming...soul with soul
Screaming...screaming...body to body
...Host of the burning skies
in Summer.
...Force within the shadowy groves
in Autumn.
...Matron of the brisk night winds
in Winter.
...Vigor of the playful consorts
in Spring.
As my brother,
my brother.
As my sister,
my sister.

The Musing of Lovers
Topic: Of Sun, Moon and Stars

The Musing of Lovers

Waking the eyes of night

in view of twilight clusters

that dazzle and spark out of darkness.
Casting, drawing, the mind through the eye

and imagination of cherished lovers.
Look, there, one time,

and the stars are dancing,

almost singing,

as the sisters charm in the night.

Polymia inspires each to the realm of their dancing grounds; prancing, remembering, singing,

all in one movement of musing.

Lights, sent forth by Urania, to delight at first glimpse, crystal prisms, so small, so enchanting,

only the illusion from great distances,

sailing along in a pleasing array.

Kleio coils a scroll of time giving the guise of endlessness,

and opens the books of time

to display a pageant of destiny

that beckons the touch of the beloved.

Euterpe, devotes a glow into the air

by passing a wisp of wind

through the foliage of the trees.

It's nature's flute,

whistling a joyful note,

as Thalia, cheers on a gleam,

a smile to a face

that suddenly becomes hidden beneath a lacing of hair.

And there, Melopomene, shows herself in the masking,

she releases a shivering chill, unknowingly,

that the joy may curtail, reminding the lovers,

to embrace each moment, each other, then rendering a silence.
It brings lovers to a warm,

gentle kiss,

an embrace of longing,

and, completeness.

As sweet Calidoscope of mystery,

watching closely as they twirl,

etches out the rhythm in the shadow.

Then calls Terpsichore to play to the lovers,

dancing in each others arms,

promenading like the celestials above.

Erato, she whispers and awakes,

thy eye to the mystery,

to see the fiery embers burn with desire.

Misty auroras in radiant light,

becoming the heart,

the muses, the lovers, that gaze to the heavens;
Having the sight into induced paradise

that the sisters weave by beauty,

by illumination,

by slowly, dancing, spheres of fire,

crackling desire silently, gathered with amazing awe,

the vastness of wonder and brilliance,

flickering like the twinkle of love in your lover's eyes.
