October 11th, 1999

I did a really huge update to the images section: I added a whole bunch of pics...and actually put it in a sub-directory! Odd how I have it tucked away in the "other" section. o_0 Plus I updated the travel guide, and the credits. (Yipee!) The ever so kind Allen W. Rathbone II donated a quote (from Sting) that I've replaced with the old poem on the index. I didn't really like the old one...probably because I wrote it myself (it's on page 7 of the continuum now).

Ugh...I have a major assignment due on Tuesday...and I haven't really started yet...I was given eight weeks prior, but, well...I love to procrastinate. ^_^ Anyhoo...I was fiddling around with subdirectories...It really is a tough job. And it means I'll have to create a navigational system -_-;. Teehee...and that also means I'll probably be leaving it for a while.

I've been t experimenting with different types of fonts and title styles...so far, I've grown a habit of using [these little brackets]. And the font Veranda... ^_^ I noticed I like small fonts. Do you? :o)

October 3rd. 1999

Yeah! "Usagi's Lyric" and "What Every Man Knows" is now up! (I know, I know...I said the day after the 26th...but, well...you know -_-;) That means the old pictorial of "Usgi's Lyric" is now gone. And another one, too..."Burn" (PG-13)....you've got to read them all! It's some very, very good work. Thank you Allen, for letting me feature them on my page!

*sigh* I wanted to get so much more done...but I haven't really had the time lately...stupid school. -_-; But I stayed up until 5 in the morning (since it is the weekend) working on various graphics, ect...It weird how the longer you stay up, the less work you tend to accomplish...

I really need to update the credits page...I've used some new images, and I haven't given links from where I got them from, quite yet. Just so you know, I don't take any credit for drawing or scanning in any of these images....But I did spend hours editing each and every single one...

But, um, anyhow...I'll try to keep this short...so I'll stop blabbering on now...^_^

September 26th, 1999

Guess what today is?! It A Thousand Words 4th month anniversary!!!!! Yeah! I have a new index layout...it features Eternal Sailomoon...again. I was going to use a image of Mercury...but the design wasn't working right. It's a bit grey though...next time, I think I'll have a very colorful and bright layout for next month. I had some trouble choosing the featrured literature...so I wrote it myself!

I have a new section called "Allen W. Rathbone's Works of Poetry". Included are "Muse", and "A Good Day To Be Enemies" (Warning: both contain some strong language.). I don't have "Usagi's Lyric" and "What Every Man Knows" done yet they'll probably be done tommorow, I'm working on combining them both...I had this image (of Endymion and Princess Serenity) all worked out...but then I realized the text didn't fit right -_-;. But "Usagi's Lyric" is still up, in the pictorial section.

This is only the first part of my major update...next week, I'll be adding to the "links" and "credits", and "images". I still don't have "the princess of..."section up yet...I want to get that done the next real holidat away from school I have. I really have to get around to putting things into sub-directories....it getting annoying.

I took out my "thoughts" section (editorials/rants). I just didn't like it, it was too...trendy...^_^  I'll be replacing it with "Je m'apple..." ("My name is..."), a page for what names couls be used to replace the original names of various characters from SM (It's almost done too!).

I sure have plenty of work to do ^_^....I never thought school could take up so much of my time. My math teacher insists on giving us homework for every single day of the week -__-;. I can't wait until my winter holidays come around...

September 14th, 1999

This is a bit too long for the index...but it's a bit short for a note, but, anyways...

Oh, boy...I haven't made an update in over week. Ack! o_0 That's not too good....I should be able to organize my time more efficiently....but I haven't felt like doing anything lately, with school and all. Ick, school...I've already caught a cold...sore throught, stuffy and/or runny nose, and lots of coughing. -_-;

Um...I added some lyrics and a poem called "Usagi's Lyric", byAllen W. Rathbone II in the pictoral section. It's really wonderful...I reccommend you read it. I did some re-organizing in the search/pre-continuum section, too.

Hehee...I've been helping my brother start a webpage...making webpages is fun!

The "princess of..." section is still not up. -_-; I will finish it sometime in the near future...well, *maybe* "near"....I have some great reccomendations for the character music from the ever-so-generous, Ian of Resignation, the soon to be Renescence. Ugh...talking about what I plan to do...I had so many sites linked that were located at AnimeCity...but as you might know, it has decided to go down...now I have to update all those links....Hehee...you might want to visit AnimeCity Expats, they might help you locate a former AnimeCity tenant.

August 28th, 1999 (Ugh...I'm growing a habit of making long updates)

I was going to celebrate the 3rd month anniversary...but I decided to go out instead of staying to work on my page... ^_^. Yipeee! Sometime this week I got up to the 200 hits mark! Yeah! Ummm....Anyways I made a button and an odd shaped banner (or you could call it an oversized button) picturing my new mascot...the scary happy face below. Heheh...I love my Animation Shop. She has odango! o_0  But it's a little cute. I got the idea from the index page of Yume, where there's (or there was) this Miss Pacman looking character with odango.

I also was poking around the Amazoness Quartet's and found out they had some new lemure articles...I was reading through...and then I got to the one titled "No", which was in opposition of my previous article "Apocalypse". I felt I should have responded to Keiichi (of routevenus.com), which I did, you can read the conversation here. And I'd love to hear any of your views on this issue.

I have a new page, on the laws of the "SM Community".

And on another note: I spent nearly 5 hours yesterday looking for school clothes. I hate shoppng...I've never looked at so many pairs of clothes in my whole life. My feet were soooo sore at the end of the day, and I couldn't sleep at all because of the pain in my ankles all night. But after going to Sears, then a Zellers, then a Wal-Mart, plus another Sears, I finally got some clothes. Shopping is just not fun...I dislike department stores...they literaly make me feel nauseous.

(Scary, isn't it?)

Yet another lengthy update note, for August 25th, 1999

Argh...I can't put long updates on the index, cause the background starts repeating, so here's the update. Ummm..let's see. I added quite a bit to the continuum, lots of poetry, a quote from Romeo and Juliet, plus some lyrics, all on a new page....I'm having trouble locating the lyrics for "Angel", and "3rd of June", can anyone help me? I have a new section in the continuum for "pictorals", literature that is pictured in some way or another...I've been testing out the site in resolutions above 1024x768...and it doesn't look too good - the backgound starts overlapping...-_-;. I wonder if there is anyone out there that actually uses a resolution higher than 1024x768....It looks *really* small. So I changed the viewer compatibility on the index. I found out the links the site trackers wasn't working...so I fixed that.

Hmm..this update is considerably shorter than the last one. Ugh...I feel sluggish. It's *hot* here....and school starts soon. (Ack!) *grumbles something inaudible under breath* ...I dislike school.

Heheh...one more day to the real 3rd anniversary of 1000 wrds...How should I celebrate?

Update note (Heheh, it's one of good news too!), August 22, 1999

It's 1000 wrds. 3rd month anniversary!!! (Well, almost.) New index layout! And why am I changing the index layout so often? Well, one reason is that I was greatly inspired by Yume, where the entire layout changes nearly every couple of weeks o_0. And they're absolutely gorgeous layouts too, I definitely recommend checking it out. I have no idea how the web mistress manages to do all that, I mean, it was a lot of work for me just to change  the index ^_^. And I also *love* creating graphics with my lovely Paint Shop Pro. *sniffles* I love that program so much....I've created about 15 layouts so far ^^;;;. Sssooo, I'll be changing the index layout around the 26th of every month, which also happens to be 1000 wrds. monthly anniversary!

Well, whaddya think? I'm going for a vertical thing. I know the background takes a while to load, but it matches the new feature literature, and the picture is just lovely. Is  the font to small? I have a 1024x768 resolution, and it looks fine to me (but then, of course, I prefer small fonts...). New continuum/search page, plus even more literature. Hehe, I found that I don't really have that much literature (only about 4 pages, heck, all my thoughts (editorials/rants) take up more space!)...probably cause I also don't have too many viewers to submit, so I've resolved to asking around for stuff. But you can always help out by sending me some! What ever you think is memorable - it can be a quote (It can be from a fanfic too! Actually, I've thought of expanding on that. Y'know, like a little bit of a preview of a fanfic before you start reading, like the first page of a novel, to see if it sounds interesting or not...), lyrics, or poetry, as long as it related in some vague way to Sailormoon. Especially poetry...I find that there are already too many quote and/or lyric archives out there, but no poetry ones, and because I enjoy reading, writing and collecting poetry too. Arghh ...I was so upset when I found The Sailormoon Quoteables....I hate it when you think you came up with something original... and then find out someone had thought of it already. I hope I don't find a SM poetry archive out there sometime soon.

Oooh...and I just found out that Shadow's Sailor Moon Midi Archive has a link back to me! *swoon* I can't believe anyone would ever choose to link here...I've always thought this page sucked. But I think he only linked back  'cause I had a link to his page...*sniffles again* That's so sweet...if only all the pages I linked to had linked back ^_^. You should really visit his page though, it rocks! I think it's probably the largest collection of SM midi's on the web, ever since the SMMIDI Collection went down.

I recently found out that the old layout didn't exactly look too good on a 640x480 resolution -_-;. I thought it did, but then I was reminded of how browsers like the squish text over -_-;. However, this index layout should look perfectly fine from 640x480 and up, Netscape or Explorer. Yeah! But unfortunately I don't know what it looks like in anything lower than a 4th generation browser. So if you do have anything lower than a 4th generation browser, could you please email me and tell me how it looks? Arghh...unfortunately the rest of the site doesn't look too good in 640x480...I have to fix that. Heheh, computer compatibility is a hard thing, not only do you have to make sure it looks okay in a less technically developed computer, but also looks good in a more technically developed computer ^_^. Anyhoo...you can see the old layout here.

Furture plans? Well, I really need to put everything into sub-directories....right now everything is linked up through the index ^_^;.  Umm...there will be a new index layout, coming up next month, of course (I can't let all those beutiful backgrounds go to waste!). I have a few great ideas for  making a shrine (or a mini dedication) for either Mamoru, Usagi and Mamoru, or Pluto; but I don't know which character to choose. Which one do you think should be first?...I do plan to have a section for each sooner of later....Oh yeah, and I still have to finish the "princess of..." section sometime soon, too. Can you tell I tend to procrastinate? ^_^ I'm also learning how to make tables right about now, that means "real" layouts! Not text placed around a image in a background that takes forever to load!

Boy, this really is a long update (awfully cheerful too...). I'm sorry, I was babbling on...hmm...well...I had a lot to say : ).

(P.S.: Updated submitting info on the "email/info." page, and changed the background in the "about me" page and the "humor/jokes" pages.)
