Running a site like this, one gets e-mail from all sorts of interesting people. Not all of this mail is from happy seekers of the light, praising the glory of my little metaphorical temple of truth. Some come from people, whom for one reason or another, cannot allow themselves to see the truth. Sadly, most of these people tend to write without leaving their names or leaving a dummy e-mail address, so O cannot write them back to ask them what in these pages offended them, what was it specifically I said that made them think I was a "cock-sucking Jew negro homofag"

Consider the concept of maturation.
Perhaps the reason Dr. Laura speaks against the things she has done in the past is that she has seen, first-hand, the damage done by irresponsible life decisions and wishes to help others not make the mistakes she's made.
Perhaps she is a money-grubbing whore, masquerading as a qualified doctor while insulting those who need help and understanding. If Dr. Laura is so interested in helping others by stopping them from making the same mistakes as her, why did she change her story three times regarding the nude photos of her? Why did she not come out and say "Yes, I did pose for those photos, but I was young and foolish and would not do it if I knew then what I do now."? Why did she instead deny the existance of any pictures and then, when it was found that there were photos, say they were fake?
Perhaps the reason Rep. Barr speakes against abortion is that it is a method of him dealing with being a part in a child's murder.
Or perhaps it is because he gets PAID by Operation Rescue to represent them on the Hill?
Perhaps our next President, George W. Bush, has some of the views he has is because he's been on the other side is knows the damage of that lifestyle.
Perhaps Gore might actually beat Bush? Perhaps the election has not happened yet? Perhaps you are jumping to conclusions? And the last time I checked, Bush denied having ever known any damages of any lifestyle (well, other than the lifestyle of a spoiled millionare's son).
Perhaps Winston Churchill was correct when he said, "If you're not liberal when you're young, you have no heart. If you're not conservative when you're old, you have no brain."
He also said "It is a good thing for an uneducated man to read a book of quotations." It might have served you to actually read a book of quotations, since the actual quote is "Any man who is under 30, and is not a liberal, has not heart; and any man who is over 30, and is not a conservative, has no brains."
To paraphrase that great orator, "Sir, I may be young. But you are stupid. And I will be older tomorrow."
Perhaps you'll actually have the courage to post this repsonse on your site and trully consider the words on this message.
Oh, there is no perhapsing about that. Although I do have a few perhapses of my own...
Perhaps Bush will debate Gore sometime soon.
Perhaps the truth of Bush will soon be dragged into the light.

Well, I've finally had it! I promised myself that I wouldn't say anything on my webpage about the Trial of the Century or about Zippergate or anything else other then a bunch of jokes. But I cannot stay quiet while Congressmen, bought and sold by the Moral Majority try to overturn a national election and defy the will of the people.
It was not the moral majority who had sexual relations with an intern and then lied about those relations. It was also not the moral majority who was later held in contempt of court for lying under oath.
True, none of the moral majority had sex WITH AN INTERN and lied about it.
Dick Armey is known to have slept with his students AND LIED ABOUT IT.
Henry Hyde slept with another man's wife AND LIED ABOUT IT.
Bob Barr, while not having actually had sex, did lick the whipped cream off the breasts of a hooker at a party... AND LIED ABOUT IT.
Dr. Laura posed for nude photos AND LIED ABOUT IT.
And Newt Gingrich, while he was chiding Clinton for his loose morals was sleeping around on his second wife AND LYING ABOUT IT.
And as for lying under oath, nobody has dragged any of these liars before a crooked judge on DNC payroll.
Let me say first of all that I have no great love of Bill Clinton and that what he did was dispicable. But it bothers me that the same people who plead the moral ground... that Bill Clinton getting a blow job makes him morally unfit to be President... these same people are more than willing to overlook that same behavior in the conservative leaders who are willing (one way or the other) to back their causes.
Those people whom you accuse of overlooking "that same behavior" are the same
individuals who kicked a Republican Senator out of office. Have we forgotten
how fellow Republican Mitch McConnell took the initiative in what would
become a bipartisan effort to oust Packwood? Where was the bipartisanship
when it came time to deal with Clinton?

The GOP usually stands behind their own, but at that time, with the opinion of Packwood-hating women somewhere in the mid-80 percentages, well... someone probably had the math skills to figure out that 80% of a group that makes up over half the popultion was a good chunk of voters to piss off. Naturally, they decided to throw Packwood to the wolves to save the party as a whole.
There was one particular woman I knew who said during the 96 elections that said Bill Clinton was unfit to hold any office because of the affairs he MIGHT have had. And yet, she was a dyed-in-the-wool Dole supporter, despite the fact that Dole left his first wife and young daughter in order to marry Elizabeth, back in 75 right before he ran as vice President with Ford. Of course, all my logical arguments that Dole was AT LEAST as immoral as Clinton fell on death ears. After all, I'm just a "Demonrat".

Okay. Bob Barr taking money from Operation Rescue as a speaker (FACT) and speaking against abortion (FACT) is hypocritical when he not only allowed, but encouraged his wife to have an abortion.
George W. Bush giving John McCain a hard time about McCain's poor voting record on environmental issues is hypocritical, since under Bush's watch, Texas has become the most toxic state in the union.

This may come as a suprise to you, but guestbooks only count the number of people who sign them. The counter on the main page shows how many people come to this page total. It's a sad fact that not everybody who visits a webpage signs the guestbook. (BTW, at this point the counter had 1300 hits after two months of the new counter being run)
