Thats him!!!

This is a very important member of my family, someone who enjoys more freedom, food,my
couch and all the attention in the house.

Meet my pet cat "Bruce"

First,some history...

Bruce was born,I believe, four years ago, somewhere in Camp. I think he is some cross between a Turkish van and a tabby. He
is golden brown in colour, with a thick tail, very sharp claws and very beautiful eyes. I remember going to my aunts house, picking
up all the kittens in my helmet and bringing them up to my mom. They looked very cute together, huddled in that helmet, peering
out anxiously, something my mother just could not resist.

Surprisely bruce had one eye closed, presumably after a fight with his siblings, was very weak and someone you would least
expect to take back home. But somehow I picked him and decided to have him as my pet. After I got him home after a very
perilous journey through the Bombay-Pune highway on my scooter,he cried all night ,driving my sister crazy.I lay wondering
whether it was really such a good decision to take back home a one-eyed cat.

Well I was certainly glad I brought him home. This is like some fairy tale, because a few months later,Bruce put on weight, had very
luscious hair and was simply adorable. He has since become a inseperable member of our family, and has given us some very
joyous moments. He is very intelligent, instinctively knowing when anyone of us gets home. He will stand in front of the door, his
ears all attention, and we can open the door, much to the surprise of the person.

My mother has really spoilt his eating habits. He likes chocolates, dry fruits, ice cream, meat, rice and strictly no milk. He has
on occasion, consumed alcohol and in the aftermath broken a few cups as well.

He can fall asleep anywhere, the couch, the bed,the T.V,the washing machine,my cupboard(inside my coat). Can you imagine
my best suit looking like a fur coat!

Here are some pics of Bruce taken over the years.
