"Ryan's
Fancy" Atlantic Advocate, June 1976 Ryan's fancy When three young men left Ireland and made Newfoundland their home, they probably did not guess they'd form a very popular Irish music group. Denis Ryan, Fergus O'Byrne and Dermot O'Reilly are now really going places as "Ryan's Fancy", a bold and vigorous singing - playing group with good Irish and folk flavor. During a Newfoundland television series for CBC, they filled they're busy schedule with tours and concert appearances. For example they appeared on stage at the St. Johns Arts and Culture centre. "Ryan's Fancy" is planning a new national television series beginning in January, 1977. The Atlantic Advocate
