Hotaru is the dark messiah. She is the oposite of Sailor Moon and the host of Mistress 9. As Hotaru she has a strange ability to heal that scares comon children and they keep away from her. It also doesn't help her social skills that she is possesed and has violent outbreaks. Chibi Usa was her first friend ever.
