Setsuna is the lonely senshi of time. She was the only senshi who was active during the silver millenium that wasn't reborn. Her physical apearance is that of about twenty but she is really somewhere around a thousand, maybe more. Being the gardian of time, and not being permited to leave her post ever, she is a lonely yet respected senshi. Her only friend is Chibi Usa who affectionately calls her "Puu"
