60 chicken wings
MARINADE
3/4 cup soy sauce 1 tsp cinnamon
1 2 lb jar apricot, peach, 1 tsp nutmeg
or pinapple jam 1/2 tsp allspice
5 Tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp thyme
4 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/4 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp ground ginger 3/4 tsp mono. glutamate

Cut chicken wings in 3 pieces at joints; discard tip.
Combine marinade ingredients and brush over wings.
Roast in pan at 350 oven approximately 1 1/2-2 hours.
Baste frequently. If made day before, save out a little of the marinade to use as a basting sauce when you reheat them, place on warming tray or serve cold.
NOTE: Watch wings carefully. They may not take two hours. They will stick if cooked too long.
You can mix the flavors of jams...they all taste good..expecially the apricot !
