UMM UMM GOOD!
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup chopped nuts
3/4 cup melted margarine
1 8oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large cool whip
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
chopped nuts and/or shaved or crumed chocolate (optional)

Crust
mix flour chopped nuts and melted margarine and place in 9 X 13 pan...bake @ 350F for 15 minutes.....Cool.
Fillings
1st layer: Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar & 1/2 the cool whip. Mix well & spread on crust.
2nd layer: Beat 1 1/2 cup milk & the Vanilla pudding until thick (2 min), then spread over cream cheese layer.
3rd layer: Beat the remaining 1 1/2 cup milk & the chocolate pudding until thick (2 min), then spread over vanilla pudding.
4th layer: spread remaining cool whip over pudding and sprinkle with nuts and shaved or ground chocolate if desired.
