Becoming a Member

We are always looking for people interested in joining our organization.

Who Can Join?

Anyone 18 years or older, regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background, who can prove lineal descent from a patriot of the American Revolution.

Membership

More than 168,000 membes in 3,000 chapters in all 50 states and Washington D.C.  International chapters in Australia, The Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Spain, and the United Kingdom.  More than 836,000 women have joined the DAR since it was founded.
