IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
FORMS ON THE MEMBERS' WEB SITE
A few members have reported problems printing forms
from the Members' Web site. The forms print with green or blue form field backgrounds resulting in a form that is hard to
read. Forms on the Members' Web site are designed to print with a white background.
It appears the problem is
limited to those using Adobe Reader, v7, or below. If you are having this problem, please download the LATEST version of Adobe
Reader (v8+) to correct the problem. Download Adobe Reader here: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Because most members have upgraded their version of Adobe Reader, they are NOT having this problem.
(For
those of you who have Adobe Acrobat, v 7 or below, which is used to create PDF forms, please open the forms with Adobe READER,
v 8+.)
We are working with Adobe technical support to determine if there is a way we can create the forms so
that these colored backgrounds won't print when using older versions of Adobe Reader.
Please remind your Daughters
to download the latest version of Adobe Reader AND to download the latest versions of the forms from the Members' Web site
(some made have been updated after the NIP was published).
