To train, you have to click on the message board link, and post what you did during training. If you are descriptive enough, you can get a higher power level. To learn a move, you must find the user of that move, and train under them to learn it. And make he training good please, don't say "I found Master Roshi and he taught me Kamehame ha." ok? And please make sure you spell properly. It's annoying to see posts like "I went an fot a guy who wuld shut peepl with beems." That's kinda annoying.. Other than that, go crazy!
