Thanx To You!

Here it is... time for me to thank everyone again for all they have done for me. I hope you are all ready to read your hearts out... Cause after reading my old Thank You Page on the old website I realized how many people I had forgotten to thank... and some of them were VERY important people that have made all of this possible for me! So here we go.. the improved (and slightly longer) list of Thanx To You!

The first person that I would like to thank is the one that got me hooked on my all time favorite breed, the English Lops! For this I have to thank Bob Myers. Bob sold me my first English Lop doe, Star. Her personality hit me from the day I picked her up out of her carrier 3 years ago at the Gaylord, MI show. I was swept away with the loving personality and intelligence. I could never Thank Bob enough for Star. She is not only a fantastic brood doe, but she is also a loving part of the family, as are all my rabbits. Bob will probably never know the epedemic that he started when he sold me Star. Since then the English Lops have been a kronyc problem with me.. I never want to sell them! LOL! So Thank You Bob for getting me hooked on such a fabulous breed!

My next Thank You goes to Russ and Janet Scott. Once again I could NEVER thank you guys enough for all the help that you have given me and for everything you have done to get me started with some good rabbits to get my herd going! Though at times I wonder about these rabbits when they throw those oddball colors and look at me like "Figure that one out!" (thanks a lot Janet.. I KNOW you told them some secrets about how to do it!! LOL!) But I love them dearly. But aside from the nut house that you passed on to me I want to thank you for all your help, advice, and on going support with my rabbits. Despite all the crazy things I've done with them... And through all the craziness and fun (2 day shows are fun... right?!?!) we always come out laughing and wondering why eveyone says we should be more serious about this. I've come to realize that anyone that tries to put "SERIOUS" with English Lops has got to be nuts! So thanks again for all your help, support, and most of all your friendship!

Next I would like to thank Tony and Crystal Parker. You guys have been great friends and have been a great support for me. I wanna thank you for helping me with a couple breedings and for all the advice that you have given me. Everything that you have told me has helped me out quite a bit. I hope that you guys will be there for me in the future as well since I find myself going to a lot of shows not to really show but just to have fun with all the people I know! LOL! It makes the shows more fun when you have people to talk to that you can relate to!

Next I would like to thank Jenny Arlen. Jenny you have been a great freind and you have helped me out quite a bit as well. I'd also like to thank you for friendship and support. I hope to see you at more of the shows soon!

My last Thank You for my English Lop Buddies goes to Megan Worde. Thank you Megan for always being a good friend and for helping me through the hard times. I guess we have a 2 way relationship.. it seems like we both ask each other questions quite frequently! But I guess that's what it's all about.. helping each other. I'd also like to thank you for your support on all those long trips! There were many times that the only thing that kept me awake and on the road was that fact that I had you to talk to! I hope that we travel together many more times in the future because I've always enjoyed your company!

Now I'm gonna switch breeds... My next thank you goes to Cindy Gardiner! Thank you for getting me started on the Mini Rex! They're frustrating sometimes but I love them. And even though you don't raise them anymore I know you will always be there to answer my questions. I also want to thank you for just being a great friend and for always being there when I need help or had questions. You've given me LOTS of useful advice over the years and I hope that we remain friends even if neither of us showed rabbits any longer (not that we're gonna see that happen any time soon! LOL!) So thanks again for your friendship and all your help and support!

Switching breeds again.....My next Thank You goes out to Debbie Snyder. I want to thank you Debbie for getting me and my Mom both hooked on the Jersey Woolies! My Mom has absolutely adored Eebie from the day we got him and I admit I have quite a soft spot for Timber! I just wanted to thank you for selling me such nice rabbits and I for helping me get started in with this breed!

Ok.. one last breed switch. My last Thank You goes to Kathy McClintock and Diane Drier. I want to thank you guys for selling me a trio of awesome rabbits! I never thought the English Spots would hit me as hard as they did! I just love them! Of course with a personality like Maui's she could make ANYONE love her! I have gotten so excited about these guys I just can't wait for my first litter of spots! I also want to thank you guys for all the helpful info that you have given me not just on the spots but all the advice about breeding as well. And once again.. thank you for your friendship and support!

Special Thanx To You!!!

I like to thank all of those who helped me out in my rabbit beginnings but there are a few that derserve that extra pat on the back for their extra efforts.

The first of these people that derserve that extra pat on the back are my parents, Connie and Stan Scott. I'm sure I have told them a thousand times but I can never tell them enough how much I appreciate their help, support, love..... and tolerance lol! of me and my rabbits! They have put up with a lot and have never faultered in their on going support of my wishes as far as the rabbits go. I feel lucky that they let me have them here. Since they were only supposed to take up one 7 x 12 shed originally and have grown beyond that shed (which is now used as a brood barn in the winter) and now take up the shed, a 10 x 10 shed, and a 11 x 22 pole barn. So I have a LOT to thank my parents for when it comes to all the help that they have given me and all the tolerance and patience that God has granted them when it comes to putting up with my little Bunny Adventures! Thanx Mom and Dad!

My second special thanx goes to my Beloved Lil' Sis, Katie Miller. When it comes to things I need to thank Katie for it would probably be easier adding up the things that I don't need to thank her for. Katie has done SO much for me over the time that we have known each other! All my life I have wished that I had a baby sister and I think that wish came true when I met Katie. On a number of occasions she has gone on road trips with me just to get out of the house.. she's gone on bunny runs with me several times, more often than not just to keep me awake! We have traveled many times to shows together and I often spend the weekend with her and we always end up hugging and sobbing everytime we have to say goodbye, though it only lasts for a month (till the next show). When ever I have needed Katie to be there for me she always is. Either right by my side or just a phone call away she has always been there to give me loving support. I cherish all the times that we have spent together and will never forget all the times that she has done things just to cheer me up or keep me awake at 2AM in the morning on our way to a show. Anything from singing songs out of key to flying her socks out the window in the wind going down the road at 60mph! LOL! Whatever it took she was always there to push me on.. So Thank You Katie for being the Lil' Sister I never had before! I hope we'll always have a close relationship like we have had so far! Love ya! Big Sis

The next special thank you goes to Allie Dean. There are no words that can describe the relationship that Allie and I have. From day one she and I hit it off like 2 peas on a pod! Sometimes I wonder if we're the same person in 2 different bodies.. we think and sometimes act so much alike that it's spooky at times! lol! But I want to thank Allie for all that she has done for me.. For being my friend.. for being a traveling buddy... for letting me rant and rave with her when I need to get my frustration out and for being a shoulder to cry on when I needed one! And most of all for being there with the info I've needed when I've had problems with my rabbits. She has done so much for me that I often look up to her like a Big Sister. And like any Little Sister I can be a brat sometimes and she let's me know it flat out! LOL! But in the end we always make up and end up joking about it in the end. So thanx again Allie for being a good friend and for being so supportive and helpful right when I needed it.

My last, but by no means the least, of my special thank yous goes to Rusty Heart. Rusty and I met in the spring of 2002 when I switched feeds and the feed store that I was going to. When I first met Rusty he seemed pretty easy to get along with.. little did he know what I would eventually get him into! LOL! When Rusty first saw my Tri Mini Rex he absolutely fell in love with them! And in a short 4 months went from a Trio to 24! What can I say? Rabbits are an eppidemic!! LOL! I would like to Thank Rusty though for being such a good friend and for being there when I needed someone to talk to. I don't think I'll ever meet someone else in my life quite like Rusty. He always keeps me laughing with his endless amount of jokes and when you tend to get worn out from work like I do a smile and a laugh are always welcome! But I would like to thank Rusty for his ongoing support for me and the rabbits and for encouraging me to go for the things that I once only dreamed about, and being there for emotional support when I needed it! Having Rusty around is like having a Big Brother around and I like that part of our relationship. We can talk plainly to each other and be very blunt and we know enough of how each other thinks so we know we're not gonna hurt one another's feelings. So thanks again Rusty for all the help and support and most of all your friendship!
