Our Family's
Scrapbook
In 1993, when Marc and Sara were six
and seven years old, we took our first family trip to DisneyWorld! This was well
before I was bitten by the scrapbooking bug and can you believe I only took 26 PICTURES!!!
I'm scared to think of how many I'll take when we go again! Luckily, though,
I had saved all of our brochures and memorabilia and I had purchased a DisneyWorld
Souvenir Book with great pictures. After combining all these things, and adding LOTS
of fun decorations, I was able to complete a 35 page scrapbook! And yes, the pages
are some of the most "elaborate" I've done, but after all,
if you can't have fun with Disney
pages ....

Mickey's Dressing Room
This four-page spread needs a
little explanation. When first viewed, you see the two pages on the left. The
black page with the yellow star represents the door to Mickey's Dressing Room: When
you "open" the door (from left to right), you see the paper-pieced reproduction
of Mickey's Dressing Table and a picture of Marc and Sara with the big mouse himself!
Although you can't tell in this
picture, the mirror on Mickey's Dressing Table is made from very shiny silver paper.
I didn't notice until after I was done but ... when you look into the mirror, you
can see your face and you have Mickey ears on!!
