Welcome, minna-chan, to RuHana Fic Contest 2000.
This contest is set up by Yuki and Yev, the co-owners of RuHana_no_kooto and the RuHana no miko, Enilyn. As it can be seen from the name of the contest, this only features RuHana fics and the occasional HanaRu fics.
This contest is now in the nomination stage. Please use the form we provided to nominate any RuHana or HanaRu fics that you think is worthy. It can be your own fic or somebody else's fic.
Nominated fics would be annouced later at this page, so please check back for more details.
We currently have the judges we need. If you are still interested, you can email us and we'll put you on the backup list.
The deadline has been postponed..*smiles*, which means you can still nominate fics now. The new deadline is 31st January 2001. Please check back for more details.
If your fic is not hosted anywhere, not even the sdfic ML, please email me. We'll sort a way out. Just put 'Unhosted fic' in the subject and I'll get back to you ASAP.
Rules and What You'll Need to Know
* All fics that features RuHana or HanaRu as the dominant couple are eligible.
* If fics that features various couples are nominated, the main judges will decide if it is eligible. Please email us if you're not sure whether the fic you have in mind is eligible.
* Each category has to have at least 4 nominations. Otherwise, the category is cancelled out.
* Fics have to be at least half completed before 31st Jan 2001.
* Any nominations after the deadline will not be accepted.
* Nominated fics either have to be emailed to us or availible on a website.
* The total number of judges per category will be 5.
* We will be the main judges and there are voluntary judges for each separate categories. If any of us has a nominated fic in any category, we will not judge. This applies to the volunteers too. Anyone who has a fic in the category cannot judge.
* It will be done on a point system.
EITHER: Each judge will give the fic a mark upon 100. The average is still taken.
OR: Taking for example a fic with 5 nominees. Each judge will give the fic they think is the best 5 points, the next best 4 and the one they like least 1.
* The list of judges will be kept a secret. Only Eni, Ines and Yev will know. The voluntary judges will be contacted again after all the nominations are in.
* Judges decision is final
* Awards will be done by Sunfire*.
* All nominees will be contacted.
* All nominated fics will be archived in the RuHana mailing list and the RuHana Shrine unless the author says otherwise.
