My mind empty of quaint phrases and tired cliches.

I search and endlessly for some way to

Express all that I feel for you

But I find it nearly impossible to define

Emotions of such magnitude.

 

I could tell you that you are my sun,

A beacon of such brilliance and force

Bathing me in the warmth of your heart

Pulling me thorugh space and time...

 

I could tell you that you are my "White Knight"

The one that every little girl dreams of

Rescuing me from myself,

Holding me in your arms,

Riding away with me in my dreams...

 

I could tell you that without you

I am nothing, an empty shell

You are my reason for being

You are my heart, my soul...

My life.

 

But it's all been said before

If not by me, by others

And it all only touches the edges

Of what I truly feel

The best way I can think of to explain it all

Is to simply say....

 

I love you...!
