Quick status update on Chrono Shift: all efforts are currently being focused on the FF6j translation at this point, so further work on CTj will be delayed until FF6j is translated.

OOPS! Heheh... It seems that Beta 1 was designed for a CTj ROM with no header. That's been fixed with Beta 1a, though, fortunately.

Well, here it is! This is the page that I'll be using to display information about my (somewhat) latest translation effort, Chrono Trigger (Japanese version, of course). The first beta is out, but don't expect too much from it. :)

What's Done:

Script Translation - 0% (Not even dumped yet; will be shortly, I hope)
Battle Script Translation - 0% (haven't even located it yet, no need)
Menu Translation - 99% (I probably missed something along the way)
Character Names - N/A (I can't mess with them; they're strangely encoded)
Item/Technique Names - 100% (Heh, much like FF6's, not much space)
Item/Technique Descriptions - 0% (reason below)
Large Menu/Battle Text - 0% (I think I've located this font, but it's an ugly mess; give me a bit of time, okay?)
Large-Font Text - 0% (see above, obviously)

Predicted Total Progress - 5%
