Brogan Comes to St. Lucie Lt. Governor Frank T. Brogan presented the awards at the SLCRC's highly successful Republican Man and Woman of the Year Awards Dinner held November, 1999. A ceremony with new 2001 honorees will be held later this year, and we'll need your help to make it as good as the last.
