At age 18, Bergkamp signed his first proffesional contract. A dangerous striker with instinct, good speed and a devastating finisher, timing to perfection his late runs into the penalty area. Make his international debut in 1990, vs. Italy. Scored 75 goals in 3 seasons with Ajax, to be the Dutch top-scorer. He was voted Dutch player of the year in 2 times. Moved to Internazionale, and then to Arsenal.
