Even though I know that this series if far from finished, I would like to thank some people for their help with getting me started on this site regardless. They've help me to get this off the ground, which is hard for me to do nowadays when it comes to writing stories. I would like to also thank those who inspired me to write this series, especially those series that are waaaaaaaay ahead of mine.

First of all, I'd like to thank those who helped me to get this off the ground. Stephan, my dear Freon, you are a help to me, more than I could have ever asked for. Leigh, I haven't known you for long, but you've helped me too with your encouraging feedback. LeVar, my friend, my oniichan, you have always been there for me when I try to write all my dreams down onto paper, and you've never stopped helping me. You help me so much. All of you even said good things about the official Gaia Legend website! Thanks so much for your help!

Now, for my influences. First of all, the game "Illusion of Gaia" is a big influence of this story. I've played it many times now, and although it's no Final Fantasy of even a Square game, I am in love with this Enix game. The plot was very deep and motivating, and it has such a replay value with me...I WANNA GET ALL THOSE JEWELS! Though it's not a fanfic, there are many things that could make it into one. But either way, I love this game, and it's my main influence.

Another huge influence is comic book/manga stories. Come on now, this stories are hip! They are deep and involving, and some are soo involving, I can't ever put them down. Even though this story isn't of the magical girl genre, Sailor Moon is one of my influences, because it's not only the magic that gets to me, it's the drama and the dilemmas that are really something. Fushigi Yuugi by Watase Yuu is a huge one, because, well, if you know the story, you know how wonderful it is.

To be continued...
