Steve Quesinberry Biography:

Grew up in Virginia Beach,
Virginia, graduated High School in 1981.

Attended Asbury College outside of
Lexington, Kentucky and graduated in 1985 with degrees in Physical Education
and History. Lettered 4 years in Varsity Soccer, and was named Outstanding
Athlete in 1985.

Married in 1985 to Susan Fox.

Took job with the Coweta County
School System at Newnan High School in Newnan,
Georgia, teaching Physical Education,World History and coaching soccer.

Received MS degree in Exercise Physiology from
Georgia State University, 1992.

Received M.Ed in History Education from West
Georgia College, 1993.

Voted Teacher of the Year at Newnan High School, 1995 and 1998.

Awarded Mike Patton's Excellence in Teaching Award, April 2000.

Named Class Act by Channel 11 News, Atlanta, Georgia, Fall of 2004.

Presently serving as Chairman of the
History
Department at Newnan High School.

Served as head
soccer coach
at Newnan High School for thirteen years, retiring in 1999.

Named GACA All-Star Soccer coach, 1993.

Has 3 children, Stephen (14) Ashley (11) and David (8).
