Son Gokou, the star of the entire Dragon Ball series. He was born on Vejitasei and sent to Earth only days after witha mission, eliminate all life on Earth. A simple task for most Saiyajin babies, and Earth is (supposedly) pretty pathetic compared to most of the planets in the four galaxies. But soon after landing (Or crashing, whichever way you want to put it), poor Gokou fell off of a cliff and landed on his head. The fall caused anmesia and created the loving and warm hearted Son Gokou we see today.

Gokou's first teacher was his grandfather Gohan, although he didn't really learn anything until he began training under Gohan's old sensei, Kame-sennin. He taught Gokou the powerful Kamehameha. And then Gokou was taught by Kame-sama, that's when Gokou and company learned the special techniques, such as flying and creating regular Ki blasts. He was later taught by Kaio-sama in DBZ, where he learned the Kaio-Ken and the Genki Dama. He was taught ths "instantaneous movement" (teleportation) after he escaped from Nameksei. There have been some others who have taught him a neat thing or two, but it'll spoil the series for you dubbies.

Gokou's favorite past time is, and always will be, eating. This man makes a new meaning for the words "all you can eat." Second to that is fighting with strong oppenents.

Gokou is also very determined, he has no clue as to what "giving up" means. Every time Gokou is knocked to the ground, he goes right back to get hit again [and again and again...].

Gokou is one of the nicest people you could ever meet, really!! Gokou must have given Freezer 5 chances to leave the planet and never harm another thing again, Freezer told Gokou to f*ck off, but he still tried to let Freezer live.

Gokou also has a couple firsts up his sleeve, too. He was the first Super Saiyajin in 1,000 years, the first Saiyajin to go SSJ3, SSJ4, and correct me if I'm wrong, Golden Oozaru, too. The first Saiyajin to be completley nice and of pure hearted goodness, and the list goes on.

Gokou became a Super Saiyajin when Freezer killed his long time best friend, Kuririn. He became SSJ2 and SSJ3 while training in the afterlife. And he became SSJ4 after he became Golden Oozaru and after some words of encouragement from his granddaughter, Pan.
