Resident bad ass: Vejita. He is of the royal Saiyajin bloodline and is Prince of the Saiyajins. Vejita was born with a high power level, mainly due to his father's strength and whoever his mother was, probably some prostitute who's now dead in the trunk of some car. He has fought, killed, and erradicated entire races by the time we see him. After the destruction of Vejitasei, Vejita swore that one day he would get revenge on Freezer, however, at his present state, he would be no match for Freezer. Although Vejita was quite powerful for a Saiyajin, he was still dwarfed by some of the greatest fighters for Freezer.

Vejita, Nappa, and Raditz were the only known Saiyajins left, however, Raditz knew he had a brother who was sent to Earth. Raditz one day came to Earth to see how badly his brother destroyed those pithy humans, so he was rather surprised to find Earth in pretty good condition.

After Raditz's death, his scouter which doubles as a communicator, transmitted the fight to Vejita and Nappa. A year later, they arrived.

Vejita dispatched Nappa after he failed to touch the weak low class Kakarotto. Gokou, Kuririn, and Gohan defeated Vejita, who retreated back to one Freezer's bases. After healing, Vejita headed off after Freezer to Nameksei.

There, Vejita was forced to team up with the Z Senshi to defeat Freezer, however, Freezer's higher forms were too much for them. From then on, Vejita gradually became nicer to a certain degree. After the Cell Saga, everyone pretty much felt comfortable with Vejita.

Since Vejita came to destroy Earth (if given time, I'm sure he would have) the girls weren't too attracted to him. It took a slut like Bulma to eventually settle down with Vejita, and they had two children: Trunks and Bra. Although they never had a proper marriage, mating pretty much means marriage in Saiyajin customs.

Vejita always has a revialry thing going on with Gokou. Since they are the two remaining full blooded Saiyajin, plus Vejita's pride was hurt after he failed to defeat a low class Saiyajin. Vejita is always there to save Gokou because he is "the one who is going to defeat you." That's partly true, however, Vejita does in fact think of Gokou as a friend.

Vejita was also the second Saiyajin to go Super Saiyajin, thus giving him a chance at still beating Kakarotto. He is also the first to go Ultimate Super Saiyajin, which he used against semi-perfect Cell, however, his arrogance let Cell become Perfect, and then got his ass whupped. Much later, Vejita allows himself to be Majin-ized, forming Majin Vejita. He allowed it because of the increase of power, plus it gave him a reason to fight one-on-one with Gokou at SSJ2.

Vejita shows that he does in fact learn that you fight better and harder when you are fighting for a reason, Majin Vejita blows himself up in an attempt to kill Majin Buu after the first father-son moment he has with his son. Vejita is soon allowed one day in the living world to defeat Majin Buu and is wished back to life before his time was up.

In DBGT, Vejita still plays a prominent role in the series, he gets possessed once again, by Bebi forming Bebi-Vejita. Bebi-Vejita pounds on SSJ4 Gokou. Later he cheats to become SSJ4 Vejita, but it doesn't help much against Ii Shenron. In the end, Vejita is the last full blooded Saiyajin, however, we can't really say if Gokou lives on again at the end of DBGT or goes back with Shenron...
