OBJEKTIF
  1. Merealisasi agenda Pembangunan Insan bagi melahirkan pemimpin dari kalangan anak-anak Selangor yang berkarisma & berketrampilan.
  2. Melahirkan generasi yang mampan dan berdaya saing bagi menyahut cabaran Wawasan 2020.
  3. Melatih para pimpinan pelajar dengan sifat-sifat kepimpinan cemerlang yang mempunyai ciri-ciri syakhsiah yang unggul berdasarkan landasan yang digariskan oleh Al-Quran & As-Sunnah.
  4. Mendedahkan para pelajar dengan perkara-perkara asas pentadbiran negara khususnya kemajuan dan pembangunan yang telah dicapai oleh negeri Selangor

PENERANGAN MODUL (English version)
PDK (PERBINCANGAN DALAM KUMPULAN)                       There will be 15 PDK or Perbincangan Dalam Kumpulan, which consist of 10 students each group. Well-trained facilitators will handle the group from the program begins till end. Students in each PDK will discuss the problem and solve it which been underlined in every PDK. The facilitators are trust to moderate their group by ensuring they achieve certain objective and goals.

KULIAH                                                                             

Will be held between Maghrib and Isya’ session. The representative of STEADFAST will give his tazkirah touching the roles of leader in coming challenge time. This session need them to realize their own potential given by which can be developed and apply it wisely and justly.

JUNGLE TRACKING                                                                Participants will be exposed and trained with physical fitness in order to test their physical and mental. Here, they will move in group and observe by facilitators. The main objective is to practice all the skills and knowledge they gain before through PDK and talk. The concept of cooperation and leadership are observed. Facilitator will make assessment according to their ability to cooperate each other, leadership and solve problems. The participants are relize that the environment also is the factor which affecting the concept of leadership in this world.

GAME (NATION RACE                                                            

The 16 groups will participate in the educational treasure hunt, which need them to memories some information given by an informer. Then a judge will question them and mark will be counted. They will move from station to station until they succeed to finish all stations.

PLAN OF ACTION                                                               Participant will be divided based on respective schools. Moderator will give some task to them to be done within given time. Then there will be presentation and debate.
