This is Wankaner platform 1, the only MG platform in the complex. These are the levers to set the starter signals on line 1 and 2. This signal platform and locally controlled points form the simple signalling sytem for the MG lines. |

A night view of the loco as it waits at Rafaleshwar. I was surprised to see that a naked lamp was additionally attached near the main driving wheel rather than under the cab, where the crew need to see the injector water feed. I have a picture of the loco with its tender headlight on, but the camera flash totally overwhelmed the weak headlight. Thus the pictures shows no details and is not here. |
