A friend is someone you can count on when everything is
against you.
A friend is someone who will be with you when you call
and drop everything else.
A friend is someone who comforts you when you need it.
A friend is someone that will cry with you and lend a
shoulder for you to cry on.
A friend is someone who'd answer the phone late at
night because you needed to talk.
A friend is someone who will sit all night in the hospital
holding your hand.
A friend is someone who hugs you everytime they see
you and say goodbye.
A friend is someone who you can trust and they won't
misuse or betray it.
A friend is someone who sticks up for you when others
are defacing your name.
A friend is someone who knows just what to do to bring
a frown to a smile.
A friend is someone who will drive out of the way for a
craving you have.
A friend is someone who supports you and lends words
of hope when you need to hear them.
A friend is someone who can strengthen your self-
esteem.
A friend is there most of all when you need them, no
matter how long it's been since you last
seen each
other.
A friend is someone you love for all they are and do in
life.
My Best Friend
You are my best friend who was there when I needed
you the most.
You are like the older brother I never had, watching over
me as his own little sister.
You were my protector, protecting me from all those
"bad guys".
You were my knight in shining armor always coming to
my rescue.
You were my clown, cheering me up when I was down.
I love you more than words could show.
I'm glad you came into my life.
Now that you're in it, I don't want you to leave.
I know that you must leave me now.
You have found true happiness with the girl of your
dreams.
I hope she never hurts you but if she does, I'll be there
for you.
To wipe away your tears
To drive the pain away.
To help you get over it as fast as possible.
To cheer you up and make you remember the good
things.
