Notes:
 The ENDEAVOUR-class developed out of the need for a high speed diplomatic
 transport vessel, and is basically an enlarged version of the old 
 DANUBE-class runabout. 

 The single-deck design and four small staterooms, in addition to a single
 set of crew quarters, were an instant hit in the diplomatic community, and
 at present many of them are assigned to the Federation Diplomatic Corps. 
 The rest are assigned as personal transports for some of the higher 
 ranking StarFleet admirals.
 
 The ENDEAVOUR-class is capable of planetfall.
